During a Pilates Reformer session, clients can expect to use resistance, body weight, props and weights without compacting the joints or impact exercises. The classes are multilevel and is a specially designed 30min express workout.

A BEATPILATES Reformer session is the next step into Reformer Pilates FITNESS training.
This class is great for beginners and just what you need if you want to boost your Reformer Pilates training. The class starts with standing cardio movements to get the blood pumping and transitions into a killer booty workout that finishes on the reformer bed with an ultimate core workout.
