Service Description

Train for 45sec with a lovely 15sec rest. With 15 seconds of rest around the corner, it's so encouraging to work your hardest for only 45sec. With the Beat Pilates method of working always in the back of the instructors mind, you'll get to move around the class with different exercises that will push your personal limit to the test. This will be an overall body workout that will have your body pumping and energised for more. Taking it at your own pace is always the number 1 important thing! This is why all fitness levels are welcome to all group fitness classes.

Terms and Conditions • For the fairness of all clients, rescheduling or cancel sessions you are unable to attend is important.• Rescheduling a session can either be completed online, or via FIT app.• There are no refunds on any booked sessions. • A minimum of 2 participants must be present for a session to take place.
